A. 350 degrees is the right temp, and I usually cook a meatloaf made with about 1 1/2 pounds of meat at least an hour. Any less time and it might be still pink in the middle (has happened to me before) which is not safe with ground meat. If it is a larger meat loaf and was cold when you started baking it, I might even go 1 hr and 15 or 20 minutes.
