A. LOL how can anything with grain be bad... its a complex carb and its good for you and breaks down slowly so your body can get fiber and energy. Its white enriched, bleached grains that are bad for you. This bar reminds me of the cherry chocolate bar by Kashi. Yummy and not unhealthy.
